The Lovia Learning Journey

One reusable shape for every topic, in every subject, at every stage — so a learner always knows where they are and what comes next.

Nine steps

How a Lovia topic is built

Not every topic uses every step. Optional steps are included only when they genuinely help — a written topic may skip play, a practical one may skip watching.

  1. Step 1

    Learn it

A simple explanation of the concept.

  2. Step 2optional

    Watch it

A visual or video demonstration, when it genuinely helps.

  3. Step 3

    See it

    Examples, illustrations or worked examples.

  4. Step 4

    Try it

    A guided activity with support.

  5. Step 5optional

    Play it

A game or interactive reinforcement, when appropriate.

  6. Step 6optional

    Ghana connection

Connect the idea to Ghanaian life, places, work or community when it is genuinely relevant.

  7. Step 7optional

    Challenge me

Apply the idea or solve something new.

  8. Step 8

    Check my learning

A short formative check, for the learner's benefit.

  9. Step 9

    What's next?

Recommend the next concept, or the step to revisit first.

Why one shape

Familiar structure lowers the cost of learning

When the shape of a topic is always the same, a learner spends their effort on the subject rather than on working out how the page behaves. It also means teachers can build new topics quickly, and parents always know what their child is doing.
